Really exhausted...Just came home from an all-night karaoke with the peeps from Magic Club.
Firstly, I went to Akihabara again in the morning...and then to Toyochou for work.
And then to Tanashi to catch a Stage Magic Show performed by students from Senshu Uni, Shoutoku Uni and Tokyo Uni. The overall standard was quite low but it served as a motivation for me to practise hard for our stage magic show in October.
8 of the Grade 1 members went to Takadanobaba after the performance for nomikai.
We had a great time....A few of us started spreading our cards out and the other guests at the table beside were curious of us. So Tenkou, Risa and I showed several close-up magic tricks.
Showing magic to strangers really do help to build up the confidence.

what happened...?
I went to Akihabara today, to catch Megumi Ogata's radio recording which was opened to the public. It was held in a studio in Tokyo Anime Centre.

i luv her sooooo much.
Putting the radio event aside...AKIHABARA is a fantastic place, I luv it alot.
Okay, its a street for otakus and electric fanatics...but, its a place filled with life and dreams :)
And i went to a maid cafe!!!! The maids were really pretty and sweet, and i like the costumes.
SOrry, no camera was allowed in the cafe.

An update on my results for the mid terms.
Intro to Psychology: 59/100. Hurhur...and it was an open book test. Psychology isn't easy, seriously.
Mathematical Statistics: 92/100. MCQ paper, asking about definitions of mathematical terms. Only 4,5 questions(out of 25) required calculations. But I prefer calculating rather than memorizing definitions like variables, standard deviation....etc...
Heres a question, there are packets of sweets and equal number of sweets was placed in every packet. Is the weight discrete or continuous random variable?
Economics: 72/100. I am so glad I didn't take Economics for A Levels. I don't like it xp
And I got grade A for my first English Academic essay on modern technology and endangered animals. Hahaha...so ironic, I was a constant C grader for General Paper back in JC.

SOKEI-sen is this traditional match between Waseda Univ and Keio Univ.
Yea, they have been rivals...maybe like the Cambridge and Oxford(they do have some traditional sports match right?)
Anyway, Minhe, my friend from the Magic Club had an extra ticket so I got it from her :):)
Now I understand why Waseda Univ students have so much ai-xiao-xin.
Sokei match provide a great chance to build up loyalty and college spirit.
AND of course, I LOVE WASEDA UNIV VERY MUCHHHH!!!!!!

Its now over, the period of late night rehearsals, practising close-up magic, being in charge of the ligting, skipping classes to attend the rehearsals...etc..etc...
My senpais are TOO COOL. I respect them so so so so much. They made the whole stage a success...and now I can't wait for our turn :) The freshmen this year will perform Stage Magic during the Waseda Festival in October.

HELP ME.I have:
1. Economics Mid Terms on Thursday
2. Magic Full-Dress Rehearsal on Friday(skipping lessons whole day for that)
3. Magic Family Event on Saturday.
4. Essay Final Draft due on Monday.
5. French Test on Monday.
6. Math Statistics Test on Monday.
7. Peace and Human Rights Assignment due on Thursday
8. Life Science Report due on Thursday as well....
Erm...I think theres more...
Anyway, somebody, pls help me...
Regarding the Life Science report, I have to write a 2-3 page report on one of the following topics.
1. Science and Ethics
2. Genome
3. Junk DNA and the central dogma of molecular biology
4. Protein Function and disease
5. BSE: Mad Cow disease
What should I write about. BSE is interesting but I do not have enough info and knowledge about it.
Thanks to my mum, she brought my Bio Campbell book over from Singapore.
Argh, tired...
Started working as a part-time teacher at a tuition centre which specialises in English.
Nows still the training period but hopefully I could complete it and be in-charge of a student by the end of this month.
